We arrived at 175 Newell Road when our youngest was just three years old. Now, thirteen years later, we can hardly believe how quickly the time has passed—or how fortunate we've been to call this special place home.

This property has been so much more than a house; it's been the backdrop to our family's story. The tennis court has seen countless matches over the years, but it's also been a cricket pitch, a football field, and most recently, our pickleball arena as we have jumped on this latest craze. Those long summer afternoons by the pool—there's truly nothing like a Waikato summer when you have your own private oasis to escape to.

We've hosted countless gatherings here, and this home has never disappointed. It's an entertainer's dream, particularly on those perfect balmy summer evenings when the doors open wide and indoor-outdoor living blend seamlessly together. Friends and family have always felt the magic of this place.

One of our simple pleasures has been walking down the driveway to collect fresh feijoas in season, or picking a crisp apple, a creamy avocado or a lemon from our established fruit trees. These small rituals have become woven into the fabric of our daily life here.

As we prepare to move on, we find ourselves incredibly grateful for the years we've spent at 175 Newell Road. This home is truly beautiful to live in—every single day. We've been blessed to raise our family here, and we hope the next owners will find as much joy, laughter, and connection within these walls and grounds as we have.
